Build the strong, trusting relationships that improve engagement and wellbeing, and drive team performance …
Dr. Hurley’s ground-breaking research across the domains of human motivation, employee engagement, and team effectiveness identified the one habit that consistently set exceptional teams and team leaders apart from the rest.
The ONE Habit describes a team development model for the 21st century that includes new approaches to individual motivation and team relationship management. The model gives team leaders practical actions simple enough that they will fit into already overloaded workdays, and powerful enough to foster superior team performance and greater individual well-being.
This book is a short, practical guide developed by team leaders for team leaders. It will:
- Help you to build the solid foundation that sits beneath every highly-effective team.
- Explain the elements of individual motivation that every team leader needs to understand and apply to increase engagement.
- Demonstrate the importance of team relationships and how gaps between what people expect and what they experience in these relationships affects their engagement, performance and well-being.
- Introduce you to Xmetryx Team Relationship Management software. Xmetryx TRM is like radar for your team’s relationships. It gives you the tools to measure experience-expectation gaps and track your progress closing them.
